DR rosalind (roz) Hill

 B. Clinical Sciences (Osteopathy) | M. Osteopathic Medicine |

Dr Rosalind (Roz) Hill is an Osteopath with a passion for supporting families, women, and children. As a paediatric osteopath in Adelaide, she treats babies, children, and pre- and post-natal women, as well as providing care after breast surgery, including recovery from breast cancer.

Beyond her special interests, Roz helps patients of all ages with back and neck pain, sporting injuries, and everyday movement issues. Her background in yoga continues to shape her holistic, adaptable approach to care.

Roz works with patients across all ages and stages of life. While her special interests are in paediatrics, women’s health, and post-surgical recovery, she treats a wide variety of conditions every week. Examples include:

  • Babies and children with feeding, sleep, or settling difficulties

  • Pre- and post-natal women with pregnancy-related changes or recovery needs

  • Post-surgical breast care, including support after breast cancer treatment

  • Back, neck, and shoulder pain from work, posture, or daily strain

  • Headaches linked to tension or movement restriction

  • Sports injuries and everyday musculoskeletal complaints

  • Older adults wanting to stay active and mobile

These are just a few areas of focus — Roz treats and manages much more, always tailoring care to the individual in front of her. Whether it’s helping a baby feel more settled, supporting a new mum in recovery, or getting someone back on their feet after injury, her goal is to provide care that restores comfort and confidence.

Roz believes no two bodies are the same, which means no two treatments should be either. Her approach is flexible — sometimes gentle and nurturing, sometimes more direct — always guided by what each patient needs on the day.
