DR rory Davis
Acupuncturist (Chinese Medicine Practitioner) | AdvDip HS (Acu) | M HS (Acu)
In practice since 2009, Rory supports people experiencing pain, injury, or chronic health concerns, with a focus on recovery and helping patients regain confidence in their bodies.
His clinical approach is collaborative and adaptable. Rory has found that outcomes tend to be best when practitioner and patient share the same intention and goals. He values careful listening, respectful communication, and adjusting treatment based on how each individual responds, rather than following rigid or one-size-fits-all protocols.
Rory chose to specialise in acupuncture to develop depth and effectiveness within his scope of practice. He draws on a range of acupuncture styles and techniques to suit the individual, while remaining grounded in clear clinical reasoning and evidence-informed care.
Rory has completed several study trips to China, observing acupuncture practice in clinical and hospital settings. He has worked as an acupuncture educator for over ten years and is also an experienced Qi Gong instructor.
While Rory treats many pain and injury-related conditions, he always considers the whole person, including physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that may influence recovery.
