Remedial Massage Therapist

Elle is a Remedial Massage Therapist with extensive knowledge and a passion for helping her patients get out of pain and discomfort. She has gained experience through treatment of performance athletes, and association with high-level sporting clubs.

Elle's understanding in the bodywork system and collaborative approach with clinicians enables her to select efficient and targeted treatment. This helps reset the necessary chain of muscles to improve range of movement and provide pain relief and optimal therapy.   

Elle has a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing, and her career highlights include her involvement with the North Adelaide Football Club winning the 2018 SANFL Premiership, and working with the Thunderbirds netball team. 

Elle also enjoys working with NDIS and Workcover participants with chronic conditions, pregnancy massage and notes her special interest in migraine management.
