DR Rosalind Hill
Roz is a registered Osteopath, dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment for her patients.
Roz used to be a yoga teacher which is what sparked her keen interest in functional movement and biomechanics of the human body. From here she discovered osteopaths and the benefit they bring to the community, leading her to go back to uni and become one herself. She completed her Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW.
She enjoys treating a wide range of injuries and conditions across all ages - from newborns to later stages in life. While she loves treating all things musculoskeletal, Roz has a special interest in treating paediatrics, especially the newborn to infant stages.
She tailors each treatment specifically to her patients needs to effectively manage pain and discomfort, improve mobility, and assist them to get back to doing what they love. Roz uses a combination of hands-on and gentle techniques that include muscle energy technique (MET), joint articulation, joint manipulation, soft tissue massage, myofascial techniques, cranial osteopathy and more.
Roz has completed postgraduate study in:
Paediatrics
