Alison is a passionate osteopath who welcomes clients of all ages. After studying a science degree, for eight years Alison worked in sales and marketing, visiting veterinary clinics and veterinary specialists, in South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria.

Alison graduated from her Master’s degree in 2008 and has worked in private practice in several locations in Victoria, prior to returning to South Australia.

Alison treats a wide variety of muscle and joint problems, and has particular interests in upper limb injuries, headaches, jaw pain and pain arising during pregnancy. Alison has completed post graduate courses on treating paediatric patients and is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. After surviving her own breast cancer and treatment, Alison has also developed an interest in the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients following surgical treatment.

When treating Alison uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation, posture correction and home exercises to achieve good outcomes.

When not working, Alison enjoys being outdoors, walking her Groodle Charlie and running. Preparing, cooking and sharing delicious meals with her family and friends is another of her favourite things.
